My new Pizzelle Maker I got for Christmas from Adam's girlfriend, Nicole.

Don't put too much in the maker or it will oooosse out.

Close it up and wait about a minute or two.

They are soft when you take them out of the maker but ...


They get very crispy when cooled.



Choosing a flavor is the hard part.

Take 3/4 cup of sugar and beat in three eggs until light yellow. 2-3 min.


Sift together 1 3/4 cups of flour and 2 tsps of Baking Powder

Sift

Melt 1/2 cup butter and add 2 tsp of flavoring.or 1/2 tsp of oil
